How I Can Help

I specialize in the neurobiology of trauma, anxiety and chronic health conditions. I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #11757), providing psychotherapy for adults, couples, adolescents and preteens in person in South Lake Tahoe and online across California. I am supervised and employed by Jennifer Krasner, LCSW at Light House Therapy Group and Dr Aarti Gupta, Psy.D at TherapyNest Center for Anxiety & Family Therapy.

Clearer, Calmer and More Connected

Do you feel disconnected - from yourself, your body, or what you want? Perhaps you have been through a trauma or life event that has shaken your beliefs about the world. Maybe chasing perfection or validation has left you unfulfilled. If you can no longer ignore urgent signals from your mind and body, I can help you become clearer, calmer and more connected.

I work with people who want to shift unhealthy patterns and beliefs, tap into their resiliency, and connect with their authentic self. I invite you to cultivate radical self compassion, regulate your nervous system, and gain insight into your patterns and values.

Mental Health Therapy in my Office, in Nature, or Online

I offer in person therapy in South Lake Tahoe as an employee of the Light House Therapy Group, and my office is located inside Ritual wellness center. Nature-based, in-person “walk+talk” sessions are also available in South Lake Tahoe. Combining therapy with nature and movement has been shown to improve mood, increase mindfulness and facilitate mind-body insight.

Remote sessions enable me to support clients across California, as an employee of TherapyNest Center for Anxiety & Family Therapy.

Our true nature is to be connected. In fact, if that wasn’t our true nature, there would be no human beings. The human species – or any species — could not evolve without being grounded in their bodies."
